Elegance, without waiting

Organise a whirlwind wedding in Provence

You’ve decided to get married and… you don’t want to wait a year.
Do you want to celebrate your love right now, without compromising on elegance, emotion or quality? Good news: in Provence, a last-minute wedding is not only possible, but absolutely stunning – provided you have the right support.
As a wedding planner in Provence, I help couples organise a quick, seamless and stylish wedding in just a few months. No rushing around, no stress: just a clear approach, a strong network and an aesthetic vision to bring to life a wedding that reflects who you are.

Why choose a quick wedding in Provence?

More and more couples are choosing to get married quickly, whether to celebrate their love right now, to avoid a whole year of preparations, or simply because they know that love doesn’t wait.

Are you looking for an authentic, stylish and warm wedding; an exceptional setting (the charm of an estate, the poetry of a country house, the tranquillity of a Provençal garden), but above all, a seamless organisation that allows you to relax andprofessional support that makes your life easier.

My mission: to turn this dream into a perfectly organised wedding, in the shortest possible time.

Why does a fast-paced organisation work so well?

Contrary to popular belief, a quick wedding is neither stressful nor rushed. In fact, it’s often quite the opposite:

  • You make decisions that are more aligned
  • You don’t get bogged down in trivialities.
  • You retain what matters most: the emotion, the intention, the meaning.

My organisation – simple, and incredibly effective

To ensure a successful last-minute wedding, I use a method designed to save you time without ever compromising on quality

1. A clear framework
We’ll arrange a meeting to discuss your vision: your preferences, budget, the atmosphere you’re after, the guests attending, and your priorities. I’ll then propose a concrete plan of action.

2. The Provence Cast
I’ll select the available service providers for you: venues, photographers, caterers, florists, ceremony organisers… Only reliable professionals.

3. Seamless coordination (right up to the big day)
I’ll take care of the quick reverse schedule, the logistics, the confirmations and the communication. All you need to do is give the go-ahead or say, “We trust you to sort it out”.

4. A calm big day
You just enjoy yourselves – I’ll take care of everything: suppliers, the schedule, the atmosphere, and any unexpected issues. Everything will run smoothly… as if you’d spent a whole year planning it.

A whirlwind wedding, yes… but never at the expense of beauty or emotion!

FAQ

Is it possible to organise a wedding in Provence in less than six months?
Yes, it’s entirely possible. Provence has a wide range of venues, caterers and experienced service providers. With a well-organised approach, a swift selection process and a genuine ability to make decisions, it is possible to organise a wedding in 3 to 6 months. The key isn’t the timeframe; it’s the method that’s essential.
How much should you budget for a quick wedding in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region?
A quick wedding isn’t necessarily cheaper. For a wedding in Provence, you should generally expect to budget: €25,000 to €35,000 for 60 to 80 guests €35,000 and above for a more elaborate reception The budget depends mainly on the number of guests, the chosen venue and the level of service required. During our initial consultation, we’ll carry out a realistic and personalised assessment. You’ll find my indicative rates on the Services page. Please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation – free of charge and with no obligation – so that we can discuss your requirements and budget together.
Are there still places available at the last minute?
Yes, but you need to be flexible. Summer Saturdays are often booked up well in advance. On the other hand, Fridays, Sundays, off-season weddings (spring, autumn), or even some less well-known venues offer great opportunities in Provence. My role is precisely to quickly identify the options that are actually available.
Do we need to be flexible about the date?
Flexibility makes planning so much easier. A last-minute wedding works particularly well if: - You’re open to a weekday wedding - You’re happy to choose a date outside the peak season - You prioritise the experience over a symbolic date This allows you to secure high-quality venues and suppliers at short notice.
Will the organisation be of a lower standard?
No. A last-minute wedding can be just as elegant and successful as one planned over two years. We will: - Clarify your vision quickly - Set a strong aesthetic direction - Simplify the decision-making process - Select reliable and available suppliers Less time does not mean lower quality; it means greater clarity.
How does the support process work for a quick wedding?
Our support begins with a complimentary 45-minute introductory consultation. Next: 1. Setting the budget and priorities 2. Expedited search for the venue and suppliers 3. Coordination of bookings 4. Support right up to the big day 5. On-the-day presence and coordination Each stage is optimised to save time whilst maintaining a consistent vision.
What if we’re already well on the way with our preparations?
In this case, partial coordination may be an option. I’ll take over the planning from where you’ve left off, confirm the service providers you’ve already chosen, and organise the final few months leading up to the big day. A last-minute wedding doesn’t mean starting from scratch.
When should we book your support?
As soon as possible. Even if the deadline is approaching, the sooner we start working with you, the wider the range of options available. A simple discussion will already help us determine whether your project can be completed within the deadline.
Why hire a wedding planner for a last-minute wedding in Provence?
Because time is your most valuable resource. An understanding of the situation on the ground, local constraints and which service providers are actually available helps to avoid: - Wasted time - Costly mistakes - Hasty decisions My role is to turn a tight deadline into a smooth-running operation.
