FAQ
Is the first consultation free and without obligation?
Yes, absolutely. The introductory call is completely non-binding. It’s simply an opportunity to introduce ourselves, discuss your project and see if we’d like to work together. There’s no pressure and nothing to sign at this stage.
I don’t have a date or venue yet – is it too early to get in touch?
No, quite the opposite! The sooner you get in touch, the wider your choice of venues and suppliers will be. The most sought-after estates and châteaux in Provence are often booked 18 to 24 months in advance. Even if your plans are still a bit vague, it’s worth having an initial chat.
How long does it take for you to respond to enquiries?
I reply to all enquiries within 48 working hours. If you haven’t heard from me by then, please check your spam folder. My emails sometimes end up in the spam folder.
We’re not based in Provence – can we still work together?
Yes. Many couples from other regions or abroad dream of getting married in Provence. All our follow-up communications are conducted via video call, in French or English. Distance is no obstacle!
What happens next after I've submitted the form?
I’ll read your message, prepare a few questions if necessary, and then suggest a time slot for an introductory call. I’ll then send you a personalised proposal. You can also book a slot directly via the ‘book an appointment’ button if you’d prefer to get straight to the point.
