I’ll pick up where you’ve left off, without starting from scratch. I’ll refine what you’ve already put in place, fill in the gaps, and coordinate everything right up to the big day. You remain in charge of the decision-making at every stage. I’ll provide you with the clarity and framework you need to move forward with confidence.

Before D-Day
Up to five advisory meetings to review your progress, answer your questions and adjust your choices together.
If there are still some service providers missing from the list, I can carry out bespoke searches: a targeted selection and personalised recommendations based on your needs, preferences and budget.
I set up a budget monitoring system and a structured reverse schedule, including deadline management and assistance with prioritisation. I review and analyse your quotes and contracts to ensure your commitments with each service provider are secure.
A site visit is carried out to assess the logistics, access points and key considerations for the big day. I then draw up a site plan and a floor plan to organise the different areas – the ceremony, the meal, entertainment, etc. – and ensure the set-up runs smoothly. A detailed schedule for the big day is drawn up and sent to all those involved.
Right up until the wedding, I’ll be available by email and phone for any discussions, adjustments or queries you may have.
D-Day
Full coordination of your big day is included: I’ll be on hand throughout, handling any unexpected issues, keeping to the schedule, and liaising with suppliers and guests. You get to enjoy your wedding. I’ll take care of the rest.
