Before D-Day
From the moment we first meet, we’ll work together to lay the foundations for your wedding. We’ll have regular preparatory and follow-up meetings to work through each stage step by step. A dedicated WhatsApp group means you can easily get in touch with me between meetings to ask questions, adjust your choices or simply share something you’ve discovered.
I take care of finding and recommending each service provider: caterers, photographers, florists, musicians, venue, etc. – all carefully selected to suit your preferences, your budget and the atmosphere you’re aiming for. I act as the point of contact between you and them: I ensure communication runs smoothly, follow up where necessary and check progress at every stage.
I’ll create your aesthetic theme: mood board, atmosphere, visual identity. Because a well-thought-out theme ensures overall consistency across all elements of your wedding.
I’ll set up a shared budget tracking tool with an overall reverse schedule, so that you know exactly where you stand at all times. I’ll also support you with the administrative side of things: reviewing, comparing and helping you to approve your quotes and contracts.
A site inspection is included to plan logistics, access routes and the movement of both service providers and guests. I then draw up a detailed layout plan and seating plan for all your service providers. A detailed schedule for the big day (including a comprehensive reverse schedule, coordination of key moments and management of transitions) is drawn up and sent to all those involved.
Right up until the wedding, I’ll be available by email and phone to answer any questions you may have and confirm your choices. I’m also the point of contact for your loved ones who might wish to organise activities and other surprises.
D-Day
Full coordination of your big day is included: dealing with any unforeseen issues, keeping track of the schedule minute by minute, and being on hand at all times for the bride and groom, the suppliers and the guests. You can enjoy your wedding whilst I make sure everything goes exactly as you’ve imagined it.
