There are some projects that you carry around with you for a long time before they take shape. Mine has always had a common thread: organising, coordinating and devising meaningful experiences.

Before becoming a wedding planner, I spent several years working in the travel and luxury hospitality sectors, in roles spanning communications, marketing and events. Those years were spent crafting every detail of the experience and understanding what makes a moment truly memorable. In 2024, I trained as a wedding planner and founded Rose Weddings.

Originally from Marseille and now based in Aix-en-Provence, I work with French and international couples throughout the region.

Organiser un mariage, c’est orchestrer un moment qui ne se vivra qu’une seule fois.
What drives me are the invisible details: a good rhythm, a smooth transition, a light that falls at just the right moment. All the things you don’t notice… precisely because everything is just right.
Un mariage réussi, pour moi, c’est un jour où chacun trouve naturellement sa place : les mariés, leurs proches, et les prestataires en coulisses. Une journée qui paraît simple, presque évidente, alors qu’elle repose sur une préparation précise et pensée en amont.

My background in graphic design and the luxury sector has given me a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency. I’ll guide you through your choices, ensure everything comes together seamlessly, and work closely with trusted suppliers and artisans in Provence.
And yes, I’ll readily admit I’ve got a soft spot for reverse schedules.

What is the difference between full-scale organisation and coordination on the day itself?

L'organisation complète est un accompagnement de A à Z par votre wedding planner, de la recherche du lieu à la coordination de votre grand jour. Je prends en charge la sélection des prestataires, le suivi du budget, la création du rétroplannnig, la direction artistique et toute la logistique jusqu'au jour J. La coordination du jour J, elle, démarre quelques semaines avant votre mariage : vous avez déjà organisé l'essentiel, et j'interviens pour harmoniser les derniers détails et gérer chaque intervenant le grand jour, pendant que vous profitez pleinement avec vos proches.

When should you contact a wedding planner to organise your wedding in Provence?

To ensure that all your preferred suppliers and the venue are available, it is best to start planning 18 months to a year in advance. May, June and September often offer the best balance between pleasant weather and service provider availability, and the most sought-after venues in Provence are booked up very early. For coordination on the big day, a lead time of 6 to 12 months is generally sufficient. In short: the sooner you contact me, the wider your choice of venues and service providers will be.

Do you organise weddings for international couples in Provence?

Yes, many international couples dream of getting married in Provence. A bilingual wedding planner who is used to working with international clients knows how to manage time differences and site visits from afar. I offer a service conducted entirely in English for couples who wish to do so, and I am familiar with the logistical specifics of a destination wedding in Provence.

In which areas do you operate outside Aix-en-Provence?

I mainly work throughout the Provence region: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var and Gard. The wedding season in Provence generally runs from April to October, with autumn becoming increasingly popular thanks to its exceptional light and temperatures that remain very pleasant. If you’re looking for a stunning venue outside this area, please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can discuss the feasibility together.

Can you work with the suppliers we have already selected?

Absolutely. If you’ve already chosen a venue, a caterer, a photographer or other suppliers, I’ll work around your plans. My role isn’t to start from scratch, but to optimise, coordinate and fill in any gaps so that your wedding is perfectly cohesive. I also draw on a strong network of trusted wedding suppliers in Provence to complement your selection if necessary.

Will you be available for the whole day of the wedding?
