1. Purpose
This policy sets out the refund conditions for the services offered by Rose Weddings. It applies to all bookings made via roseweddings.fr or by direct communication with Estelle Barthélemy, commercially known as Estelle Lévy de Mareüil.

2. Deposit and formation of the contract
All bookings are confirmed upon signing the contract and payment of a deposit of 30 % of the total cost of the service. Without these two elements, the booking is not considered to be confirmed.

This deposit is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by the couple
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or registered post). The sums due reflect the costs already incurred and the loss of earnings for Rose Weddings, in accordance with the following scale:

• More than 12 months before the wedding: 30 % of the total amount is retained by Rose Weddings
• Between 12 and 3 months before the wedding: 70 % of the total amount is due
• Less than 3 months before the wedding: the full service fee is payable

4. Postponement of service
In the event of the wedding being postponed, Rose Weddings will offer a postponement subject to availability. If postponement is impossible, the contract will be considered cancelled in accordance with the conditions above.

5. Cancellation by Rose Weddings
In the event of Rose Weddings being absolutely unable to perform the service (serious illness, accident, force majeure), Rose Weddings undertakes to inform the bride and groom in writing within 48 hours and, as far as possible, to propose a replacement solution involving a trusted wedding planner.

If no alternative solution is found or in the event of a refusal, Rose Weddings will refund the sums paid, minus the services already carried out.

6. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (war, pandemic, natural disaster, administrative ban, etc.) preventing the wedding from taking place or the services from being provided, the initial deposit of 30 % shall be retained by Rose Weddings in respect of work already carried out and services reserved. Any sums paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded, less the cost of services already provided. Rose Weddings may offer a postponement free of charge, subject to availability.

7. Right of withdrawal
When the contract is concluded at a distance (electronic exchange, mail or digital signature), the client has a period of 14 days from the date of signature to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

This right does not apply when the contract has been signed during a physical appointment between the parties, when the client is acting within the scope of their professional activity, or when the client has expressly requested that performance begin before the end of the statutory cooling-off period and has acknowledged waiving this right.

In the event of a valid cancellation, Rose Weddings will refund the sums paid within a period of 14 days, minus any services already carried out at the express request of the client.

8. Digital products (checklists, PDF guides)
The digital files offered on the site can be downloaded immediately after payment. In accordance with the legislation, no refund is possible after downloading. In the event of a technical problem preventing the download, please contact Rose Weddings for assistance or a replacement.

9. Exceptional refunds
In exceptional situations (obvious error regarding the service or non-compliant product), a partial or full refund may be considered after analysis of the request. Any request must be sent in writing to roseweddingsaix@gmail.com. Applications are processed within 30 days of receipt.

10. Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may resort free of charge to the designated mediator: Médiation Consommation Développement / MED CONSO DEV, via medconsodev.eu or by post to: MED CONSO DEV, Centre d’Affaires Stéphanois SAS, Immeuble l’Horizon – Esplanade de France, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Etienne.
