What’s included
Before D-Day
One to two months before the wedding, we’ll meet for a comprehensive preparatory session: I’ll go through all the details, your expectations, your priorities and the specific aspects of your big day.
I will then contact all your service providers, witnesses and close friends and family involved to coordinate the timetables, speeches and entertainment in advance.
I draw up a detailed schedule for the big day: a minute-by-minute reverse schedule, coordination of all the key moments, planning for transitions, and send it to everyone involved. Right up until the wedding, I remain available by email and phone for any last-minute adjustments.
D-Day
I arrive at the venue early to welcome the caterers, check the venue layout, the seating plan, the flowers and the timetable. I coordinate each key moment: speeches, the start of the meal, the DJ, the first dance and the arrival of the cake.
I am on hand at all times to oversee the event as a whole, ensure the programme runs smoothly, and maintain constant contact with the bride and groom, the suppliers and the guests.
Should anything unexpected happen, I’ll adapt and sort it out, quickly and discreetly. My role is also to act as an emotional buffer for you and your loved ones: nothing should spoil the magic of your day.
