Personalised advice to help your organisation move forward, step by step. Whether you’re at the start of a project or in the middle of the decision-making phase, I’ll help you prioritise, clarify and move forward in a structured way.
What’s included: video or face-to-face sessions, answers to your questions and strategic guidance, follow-up via email after the session, and useful resources (practical guides, checklists, tools).
Administrative support
€200 per assignment
A helping hand to ensure you make the right choices and save valuable time. I review and analyse your quotes and contracts so that you can sign them with full knowledge of the facts. I also draw up a reverse schedule tailored to your timetable, so that you know exactly what to do and when.
